World Data Comparison II

While reviewing more data regarding development around the world, I wanted to find some comparative measure for usage when discussing growing economies and global competition. The leading developed nations and economic strengths in North America and Europe are common knowledge. Much attention has been placed upon the growth in developing countries with a current focus on China and Brazil. So, I decided to look at a relative comparison to assess the economic - political positions to society. For integrated societies with comparable stages of development and resources, there always exists the possibility of disagreement which could lead to non-optimal actions impacting global economies. However, the BRIC nations’ growth appears to be a natural stage of economic development consistent with the European and American enlightenment period when investment was focused upon Math, Sciences, and technological advancement. The US is still 4 times the development of China, but population size is important. China’s economy would be ~$60 Trillion at a similar level of development.

This comparison approach measures world economic activity percentage relative to world population percentage. The development position of economic strength increases as each nation educates and creates opportunity for all of its citizens.

U.S.A. Economic Development

Update 12/21/2010: Just wanted to acknowledge the new US Census population data compared to the estimates used in the worksheets and analysis of this post. The estimate used in the analysis from wikipedia was 0.6% greater than the actual count in the 2010 Census. Because the actual population count is less than the estimate, the US measurement metric increased by 0.01 with similar small adjustments to State metric measures. The impact does not change the narrative assessment of the analysis.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As an extension of previous data analysis of world development, I looked at a comparative assessment of United States economic development as well as some countries around the world using available data from wikipedia and the CIA Fact Book. Primarily, it began as an initiative to find some relative measure to compare activity and levels of development regarding political discussions of states competing for corporate investment. Multiple factors are considered for such activity depending on the objective of the corporation and theoretically, an educated, multi-skilled work force has higher earnings.

A note of importance: The data is economic activity not individual earnings!

The basic calculation of the measure is the state % of US economic activity divided by the state % of US population [US Basis]. I have additional work on a world basis for the upcoming World Data Comparison II updated blog post. The Development Metric provides a quick comparative level assessment of US development (regions and states). Since the total United States activity is the basis of measurement its metric is 1.00 relative to the individual states, although not reflected for reasons that may be obvious to some. The Metric of 4.44 and 5.37 is the World Economy basis Development Metric.

Obvious economic impacts are (1) the petroleum industry in Texas and Alaska; (2) finance industry in the Northeast; and (3) the political and lobby spending in DC (not a state but included anyway).

Relativity Management Theory XX and XY [Episode II]: Definitions

[Update 12/22/2010]***Ordained meaning given the predetermined ability to choose to procreate and mutually agreed relationship partner choice.****
I have mentioned in a few other blog posts my understanding of human DNA compatibility  questioning the motives behind the social pressures to segregate along ethnic lines. There are cultural differences of which many in the population embrace and adapt. However, the basis supporting the ethnic based social design is seen in the organizational religious structures since US origin.

The United States Constitution establishes the basis for the individual rights of humans (men and women) regarding religion and all other facets of life including the rights of choice. Ideology based in fraternal belonging and "order" has tried to overpower the individual freedoms and collective interests of American citizens with "family" concepts. However defined, the "family" concept essentially attempts to transfer choice and authority away from the individual toward a determined leader with a basis that has generally been ethnic identity. This ideology would reinforce social segmentation and also allow exploitation justification in the name of fallibility subjugating society to "family" leader(s). Meaning that the "family" leaders would also be responsible for the exploitation of women and children to maintain power and authority. If this leadership is religion based, then the "family" religion is contributing to the sexploitation morality and targeted forced procreation violating all protection and value preservation of humanity ordained predetermined choice to women. Furthermore, this overly focused attention on sex morality would lead to an irrational justification violating mutually agreed free choice, relationships, and privacy.

Where are your political-fraternal-church offerings going and are they used by the "family" to maintain "order"? [Personal Note] I am a heterosexual male; do not have any children; not part of nor have interest in any organized American Greek fraternal association; and do not worship in a religion that supports such human exploitation in the name of infiltrated  "family" unity, power as proof, and literal biblical interpretations to control [religious tests for information - fraternal rites of commitment]. Such unchecked authority allows infringement of the innocent with actions not otherwise responsible. Theoretically, this situation probability is evident in the multiple fraternal structures of U.S. church worship with Masonic, Greek fraternal, and other clan associations to maintain a "traditional" society. So, to which group would elected officials have loyalty? Political representative oaths are to uphold the U.S. Constitution and all the protections guaranteed to American citizens and humanity. Are there other deals using religion and "family" identity commitment(s) - [human and humankind]? Can a person represent the U.S. Government if they do not believe in Constitutional rights of the individual?

Hypothetically, the historical practice of religious traditions are designed to support a social order of which allows manipulation resulting from the authority structure. Certain organized religious designs have been conditioned to intentional situations of falter, submission to authority, and then obligation from reward as a result of the submission. A literal interpretation of human and humankind could recognize a difference in abilities not necessarily associated with ethnic identity. However, it would confirm other existences (God, angels, universal life, astrology, etc..) beyond earth relative to scientific understanding for those that believe in such explanations. Within this hypothetical, the procreation exploitation is evident as an opportunity to introduce, expand, and evolve humankind within the society. It would also support dysfunction relative to the establishment of healthy, free choice relationships of commitment while promoting conflict within demographic competition in pursuit to control the Human Genome. Literal interpretations can be speciously used to benefit certain deceptive agendas if there are no checks and balances in interpretation. Focus on a common ethnic identity does not change issues of resource allocation, access, and basic standards of living for humanity. Stereotypes are another attempt to justify actions and to maintain psychological "order."

I will expand upon this explanation and reasoning in a future post regarding the evolution of civilizations and economic development of Earth based partly on information in the Ancient Alien (season 1) history channel DVD relevant to real and hypothetical explanations of applicable social systems; mainly, career achievements through training and immersion of the fraternal "order" ideology. Is "family" leadership ideology assumed in the Christian church African traditions? Could this be the philosophical basis to orchestrate parings relative to the traditional skin color biases using human genome knowledge?

False dilemma
The logical fallacy of false dilemma (also called the either-or fallacy) involves a situation in which only two alternatives are considered, when in fact there are other options. Closely related are failing to consider a range of options. When a list of more than two choices is offered, but there are other choices not mentioned, then the fallacy is called the fallacy of false choice.

Analysis and Indicators Usage

Usage of the indicators, statistics, charts & graphs to reinforce an explained perspective and policy position is very common to discussions regarding deciphering economy and policy decisions. Just to ensure understanding that the discussion support data and indicators match the inferences made, here are the indicator definitions with a few examples of each type.
Key statistics used to evaluate the direction of the economy (economic indicators). They are of three main types:

(1) Leading indicators (such as new orders for consumer durables, net business  formation, and share prices) that attempt to predict the economy's direction;
(2) Coincident indicators (such as gross domestic product, employment levels,  retail sales) that show up together with the occurrence of associated economic activity; and
(3) Lagging indicators (such as gross national product, consumer price index, interest rates) that become apparent only after the occurrence of associated economic activity.

Social Location and Relationships: Economics, Classic Conditioning, and Social Psychology [Explanations]

The American image has long been that of a “melting pot” [collective inclusion] of cultures in the land of Democracy (rule by the people).  The description is accurate in that the country does include a multitude of ethnicities and cultures combining into the American society. The late 1960s was a time of dramatic cultural change breaking barriers that prevented social collaboration and social integration of the people. Honestly, I believe that the majority of Americans favor diversity and accept interrelations setting aside the hidden economic-corporate social limitation (J.E."Hooverites" secret social policy). Politically they tend to be concentrated in the larger metropolitan areas in America. A conservative coalition has been working to reverse those impacts of change as evident in political public statements and positions referencing days of an era past using religious-economic theory and application, if not completely through legislation. Conservative ideology has strong associations in Southern politics still supporting a broader sense of ideological segregation. Consistent with this ideology embedded in religious confirmations and historical references include recognition of historical “Religious Order” and a reincarnated influence in certain American institutions.

Support for this organizing concept is the expanded structure fraternal system adapted for use by an expanded definition of “Church” assisting in acts and organization. This line of reasoning would affect understanding of relationships between Corporations, Religious Institutions, and Political-Governing-Intelligence systems in violation of Constitutional Democratic principles and provide enlightenment regarding the current population employment status. Most political discussions focus on a racism prospective of Conservatism which does not completely reflect the correct mental framing and allows defense of the criticism using friendly associations. The Conservative perspective is consistent with a “Hierarchal Order” which explains opposition to Diversity, Interracial/Inter-ethnic relationships and leadership, balanced (competitive) ownership of economic resources, and provisions for minimum living standards of humanity (they labeled “socialism”). Furthermore, the “Order” concept is based upon a male controlled “family” leadership economic model allowing the directed subjugation of women and children which would explain infallible individual design; racial “moral traps”; socialization of Black “family” commitment politics; African religious tradition; equality opposition; and sex exploitation to maintain “order.” Using the stated conservative belief in “exceptionalism” overlays the “Order Hierarchy” relationship to global political science. The real question is “Do the ‘Order’ and ‘exceptionalism’ concepts refer to the American systems or the American people?”
Miss Egypt - 2010
The southern influential base of conservative politics is well known and documented. What does not get examined is the impact on Black American politics, education, and intellectual development resulting from historical social location concentration origins in the South. Successful economic ascension after legal rights recognition impacted authority structures including historical “Order” and “family” conceptual definitions. This culturalization of Black America affected identity definitions, expected social behaviors, and economic distributions relative to religious tradition adoptions and cooptation of the Black “family” meaning. Reflected in my blog post themes is recognition of African and Native origins in the populations throughout the Americas commonly referred to as people of color and my new influenced interest in United States Latino colleagues’ cultural history. Unless there is another (prophetic? social policy) reason, the African designated identity specification is redundant particularly given the scientific testing explanation acceptance of the earliest known developments which leads to question the African tradition testimony, purpose of fallibility, ethnic segmentation, and religious emphasis on submission to power and authority. Is this a Southern learned leadership attribute of “dues” or reflection of subjugated frustration? A sample illustration of this social system is reflected in the comparative extrapolation of Classic Conditioning supported by the relationships among Black American fraternal organizations, religion, psychology, corporations, politics, and certain government agencies:
(Used for Inter-ethnic Relationship Separation through "Church," Corporations, & Politics - Economics and “Order” Concept)
Social Conditioning
Social Conditioning refers to the sociological phenomena characterized by a process of inherited tradition and gradual cultural transmutation passed down through previous generations. Results and impacts of social conditioning are vast, but they are generally categorized as social patterns and social structures.
Shaping
In operant conditioning, the subject must first emit the response that the experimenter plans to reward. Shaping is the name given to those initial steps needed to get the subject to engage in the behavior that is to be rewarded.

Not consistent with religion, enlightenment, and constitutional rights! Conditioning is also reflected in interrelated roles of Corporations, Churches, and political-morality-fraternal order. Evident in clandestine communications monitoring and moral exploitation setups for covert domestic political actions liability coordinated through Southern Social "Family" Councils. These acts all serve the "Solid South" and conservative ideology designed around early segregation and economic order (discrimination) to create an interpreted biblical authority structure and allows the “triangle” manipulation of personal outcomes to blame on a constructed individual morality. Religion is personal!

In the Aerospace industry during times of routine inspection, repair, or overhaul, a process called reverse engineering is employed whenever mechanical aircraft parts are needed without proprietary authority from the creator (OEM) to access design and no inventory. This generally means attempted replication of the original part using trial and error and sometimes original materials are not available. The result is an inexact copy of the original, evolved design of differing (usually lesser) specification standards. This example metaphorically relates to Black “Family” or any other "family" forced solidarity commitment to pacify conservative social reasoning. It is an economical power threat to current ownership profitability and “order” to establish pay equity (gender & ethnicity economic equality) than it is to create or allow 10+ “Family” billionaires.

Concentrated employment control politics has increased unemployment to leverage tax breaks. According to definitive financial theory, required tax reduction to increase employment of capital would indicate that ownership is too concentrated and companies are too big to obtain adequate market returns.

Growth, Revenue & Profit Sources

Value to business is its ability to provide a utility of offering(s) to its targeted customer base with expansion through an increasing number of consumers. Accomplishing this requires ongoing improvement in knowledge of product utility, consumer usage, and the economic and social engagement of the employed human capital. Effective implementations will ultimately result in a growing enterprise with consumer recognition of proactive attention to market(s) served. Growth is an important focus of investment managers and market strategists in the determination of business (corporate) valuation and investment decision metrics. Most growth expectations are revenue (sales) based which flow to net earnings in a consistent, efficient operation [margin improvement]. However, growth in earnings (bottom-line) with flat periodic sales (top-line) is a reflection of operational or capital structure improvements. In an effort to review some common finance evaluative metrics used in business decisions, I have added them to the categories on the Basic Summary of the Business Process graphic. A few important observations to note:

1) Cash Flow and Return are specific to evaluations of Income (earnings) which include tax implications relative to ownership distributions;
2) Turnover metrics evaluate sales volume relative to distribution and operational efficiencies.
3) Equity Valuations specific to publicly traded stocks depend heavily on growth compared to expected returns compared to industry peers.
4) Return on tax liabilities rendered is not a metric!

Prior to making project investment decisions, each corporation has an analysis benchmark to satisfy expectation of return on invested capital. Growth is part of the evaluation and as evident in the listed metrics, the analysis is firm specific. So, what is the source of growth? New products or services? Competitive product defeat? Vertical or horizontal business combinations? Increased consumer consumption? New markets (domestic or international)? Is the industry growing or shrinking?

Each answer has an implication on the economy, policy, and overall employment levels. They also reflect the differing objectives and directives between Corporations and Governments. Business finance decisions tend to be very firm specific while governments must maintain the rules of fairness and policies to support balanced, sustainable economic growth of opportunities for all citizens to prevent social disruptions due to biased misallocations. While corporations look for revenue and earnings growth via new customers/consumers and operational efficiencies to improve the retention of each sales dollar received, governments are looking to invest in projects that improve the lives of citizens through educational access and services to maintain certain standards of humanity. Additionally, governments ensure equal and fair citizen access to the necessary resources for improvement to livelihoods through market creating rules & conditions and the collection of taxes from beneficial commerce of infrastructure investment. When domestic sales growth slows, companies generally look in other geographic locations for opportunities. Investment in local under-served communities is also an opportunity for additional consumer development; however, many companies do not consider the investment due to the longer duration in payback (return on investment) of population educational improvements and wage increases. Two things governments can accomplish from collected taxes are the re-allocation of investments into education & skill development as well as targeted technology research to match and create marketplace opportunities. Just as business looks to maximize return on investment, governments should invest in the societal groups that stand to gain, or improve, the most (those below normal standards). Diversity in investment will yield diversity in ideas, developments, thoughts, innovation, and achievement.

World Data: A Comparative Look

Although not much of the data proves to be statistically significant from preliminary comparative analysis, evident is the relationship between Fertility (family size) and Economics (Per Capita GDP). In addition to Population Growth and Fertility, this is quite logical when you think about it. I thought taking a look at the relationship comparisons would be interesting and also supportive of the next blog post regarding Business Revenue and Profit Sources to show the importance of market creation through living standard improvements.

Personal Evidentiary Theory, Part II

Reflections in Society?: Gendered Social Policy Impacts

I have discussed the current economic reflections in the American society using the GDP analysis compared to individual average per capita earnings. It allowed the development of an analytical perspective on the distribution of American economic productivity and prosperity. Furthermore, it compares to the historic employ of labor dating back to the European expeditions to the Americas. The historical accounts of Portuguese and Spanish settlements in Central and South America (subsequent to Caribbean settlements) also reflected a similar system of labor for the Natives, Africans, and resulting multi-ethnic offspring from social relations. Initial 16th century discovery in the Americas mainland was of remarkable astonishment according to Hernán Cortés. He stated in correspondence to Spain “…that these people live almost like those in Spain, and in as much harmony and order as there…” Also, reports back to Spain from Peru reflected a similar impression, “This is the greatest and finest ever seen in this country or anywhere in the Indies… and has such fine buildings that it would be remarkable even in Spain.”

Early settlers had no statutory resistance to intermarriage and the identity economic system was based solely on maintenance of power and control. Social unions and marriages reflected the population inter-ethnic relations of Natives, Spaniards, and Africans.  Also, important to note is that both Spain and France held territory in early North American formation with Spain in Florida (1513-1763), Texas (1718-1819), and Alabama (1780-1813) contributing to social norms that quite possibly relate to current socio-ethnic relationships aside from political competition. American constitutional and legal freedoms have since reversed legal restrictions on inter-ethnic marriages to recognize individual freedoms to determine profession and career directions in life; "family" definitions; and obligations. Given this history, it is more than plausible that this structure could be the origin of current competitive emotions with American Latinas for those women with a strong African-American social identity to historical generation(s) and necessary to improve for prosperous growth as referenced in Black-Brown Relations and Stereotypes.

Current day American demographics of Black women outnumbering Black men contribute to the social design through fraternal “church” organizations working for ethnic solidarity and racial commitment. This environment would allow the political-social morality exploitation relative to religious biblical interpretation and an excuse to claim “family rights” for a personal, non-favored interaction directed toward the ideological Order commitment. However, orchestrated human violations as a systemic fraternal Order moral trap contributes to social dysfunction. It also fails the religious recognition of equal rights and human value to be protected from abuse and manipulative control to continue human existence with a mutually agreed chosen mate. Manipulation and exploitation for "family" rights and values or any other reason are the problems, not sexual relations itself directed toward commitment. The psychological design aspect of this "moral trap" creation is a perceived non-exclusive Black male sexual identity ‘ego’ which limits other human social-intellectual development  furthering the fraternal exploitation of the “Order” concept discussed in my previous blog post. Is "Order" the basis for "family" solidarity? This effort to maintain “Order” (racial-ethnic fraternal religious traditions) advantage allows disproportionate benefits to accumulate to the groups with the ability to intentionally orchestrate outcomes and responsibility/ blame is shifted to the vulnerable reinforced with ethnic, gendered stereotypes of moral judgment. For those that believe in God sanctioned domain over the earth, would they not be initiators of situations for an economical, or political, beneficial purpose making themselves morally liable? Given an appropriate level of dedicated resources (centralized authority) and concentrated economic opportunity leverage based upon moral judgment, this societal situation narrative can be created. It would also explain the actions by certain Southern fraternal collaborations using dysfunctional psychological tactics of sexual-identity morality tests furthering a community “stereotype” to protect a segmented order most likely related to the fallible-individual African tradition religious design.

Spain also incorporated the Christian religion into the Americas’ Native cultural conversions and the economic development of precious metals and other natural resources. The history of human civilizations has always included religious worship of some kind. The consolidation of Christianity since the Roman era correlates with relatively expanding economic prosperity, notwithstanding cultural struggles for rights and inclusion. Also evident are the geographic regions (countries) with stagnant economic development that maintain the same or similar Christian worship practices. In an effort to maintain balance, religious practices are not my point of emphasis in the economic analysis explanation although heavily used in political assessments of success in the United States. However, subjugation is not economically productive for a constitutionally democratic, maximally functional society.

Open for discussion relative to constitutional protections, freedoms, and social design is the role of a range of activities in the Adult entertainment industry compared to the fraternal “Order” concept, ethnic identification, religious structure, and legal-political-intelligence collection systems. In business analysis, a couple of questions most asked that provide the greatest insight are: (1) Who benefits most [economically and morally]? (2) Who has the greater control and resources? These questions will ultimately lead to an evaluation of objectives, purposes, and related outcomes. Does a theoretical correlation exist between the industry and society in general? Contrary to recognized rights, human asset value would be a measure of commitment to the system and rules of “family” expansion within the fraternal “Order” system. Morality, in this system, would not be a consideration for the coordinator but would be used against a knowing or unknowing participant. Applicable to efforts to reverse historical human ethnic inter-relations and to maintain ethnic, or racial, separation for political-economic reasons. In a society with an identity heavily based in fraternal-religious worship, sex and morality would be the most effective strategic opposition objective to maintain social “Order” while protecting narrow ethnic “family” identities. There is no justification for orchestrating moral vulnerabilities against human repute and community value to manipulate support for fraternal religious family responsibility “Order” including the use of exploitative procreation attempts.

Hollywood seems to have a strong connection with scripts relevant to hypothetical societal developments that combine imagination and reality. Analyzing the thematic symbolism, many productions reflect the conflict between good and bad / the Holy and evil with structural similarities. So, it is necessary to use other distinguishing determinant criteria like, for one example, usage of intended contextual interpretations.
I mentioned in one of my early blog posts that my conceptual openness writing and communication in addition to my early exposure to diverse, multi-ethnic relationships and later business career environment impressions tended to differ with some in Alabama and the South. So, I would not be surprised of attempts to project "out of order" with most and continued attempted pressures that have been historically used to maintain the power of persuasion. However, attempts will validate and provide substantive relative context to my blog posts easily identifying the source(s) (which may be a surprise to some) of attacks criticism and future resolute explanations.

Review of Corporate Tax Post

Just reviewed a few of the analysis spreadsheets regarding corporate taxation. Southern politics includes blogger data distortion too, I guess. The United Technology tax assuming it is reflected as an operating cost against revenue is 3% as opposed to the stated 30%. I am making the adjustments and working through other analysis to find any other potential / necessary adjustment!

I will keep you updated on what I find!

Personal Evidentiary Theory, Part I

“Family Values?” v. current (evolved) Constitutional Individual Rights, Protections, & Freedoms

The historical lessons taught to most Americans briefly focuses on early Egyptian, Greco-Roman, and European civilizations. Emphasis is placed on American history relative to the struggle for independence from the British Empire and some historical relationship of European exploration of the Americas. Unless students pursue the history in college courses or independently, little is known of the connections and evolutions among civilizations and will not notice the relevance to current life influence and experience. We marvel at the global cultural architecture and wonders of the world and should see the relevance to early American formation and development.

In earlier blog posts, I have referred to the records of early human civilizations; human and cultural evolution; and the concept of universal rights of man and existence (not a universal legal order counter to sovereignty and rights of humanity) applicable to religion, specifically Christianity. Following the historically taught paths of earthly civilizations, influence is evident in building designs;  organized municipal layouts; fraternal religious and social organizations; and disputable evolutionary paths of humanity learned from biological technology developments (DNA).  This combination of factors reveals the real commonality of humanity and the inter-relationships of many ethnicities. Also revealed is the strategic economic impact of the cumulative human racial - religious identity system for advantage. A system culminating into an American enterprise strategy used until after the major Wars. Although the country experienced many years of economic and social progress, the effect of such a system created alternative strategies relative to the values in the Declaration of Independence, the current US Constitution, and American civil laws elevating social formation of a “family values” ideology.

The definitions of family can be tailored for broad or narrow application as evident in the multiple defined listings and will reveal to some extent group social objective(s). I have been educated around various ethnic groups different than myself [Latino, Black, multi-ethnic, & White] most of my life and have been comfortable learning cultures, networking and socializing with the groups. I would also be comfortable welcoming into my definition of family. Conceptually, “family values” political strategies promote historical southern traditions built around segmented societies to preserve influence relative to concentrated resource accumulation. It fails to recognize the beneficial impact of the expanded economy upon accepted incorporation of expanded citizen civil rights legislation. The impact was an increased consumer base for the importantly recognized “small business” economic development contributions.  Aside from legal considerations, the “family” definition can limit participation and benefits. Particularly troubling with this ideological adoption is the limited distribution of acquired resources based upon global contributions. The “Family Values” recognition would now discount these contributions with exclusionary practices. Society and its current structure are based upon inclusive citizenship contribution with protections provided by legal rights reinforced and supported by the Central Government. If “family values” leaders were the principal regulators of morality, behavior, and rewards, would the judgments for all citizens reflect a consistent application? Compensation and  punitive actions for violation of individual (human) rights by seen and unseen “families” using systematic deception in an attempt to create obligation and increase the “family”? Would it recognize variability in individual understanding of the teachings of Jesus, or God of worship? “Family Values” conflict with the law and individual rights in a Constitutional Democracy.

Science has provided knowledge of human commonality although a cursory analysis of the US social structure reflects the historical past of attempted integration of separate design. Religious institutions mostly organized under the recognition of Christianity with exceptions of varying traditional philosophies created through evolved belief systems. This structure further incorporates “fraternal” organizations built around the historical commonality of beliefs and developed leadership structures of the Order concept. Application of the Order conceptual psychology is evident in municipal design layouts and also reflects the structured logic of mathematics and scientific advancements. Fraternal organizations and “family values” adoption follows this pattern without recognition of the various human personalities similarly identified in the work of Briggs, Myers, and other psychologists. The strict and literal application of the Order definition related to hierarchal ranking (particularly one based upon race) does not reflect the variety of human perspectives and personalities. Furthermore, this type of application limits personal contributions, the potential economic return on abilities, legal and social protections, and freedoms. What would a literal interpretation of human and humankind [man and mankind] reveal?

Given this brief elaboration of the “family values” and Order impacts, the appearance of unconstitutionality is evident unless individually accepted without deception of obligations and conditions. Notwithstanding is the political Oath of office upon election which requires the affirmation and support of the Constitutional basis establishing freedoms, protections, and rights of humanity. This acceptance is of such importance that it is a required incorporation of the US education system and immigrant newcomers are required to learn it as part of the naturalization process to citizenship. The Order definition people identify when using the term is to follow the accepted and system approved laws. Appropriate complexity is incurred with the levels of legal authority given the system of Federal, State, and Municipal laws and ordinances.
